Repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered online if you have registered for the NHS Wales App.

Repeat prescriptions can be left in the box outside the Dispensary or sent by post/e-mail/app.
Please note that 72 hours is required.

Repeat prescriptions requested late on Friday evening may not be ready until the following Wednesday.

At Waunfawr, kindly avoid collecting repeat prescriptions until after 1:30 p.m. Monday – Friday if possible.

Dispensing

We dispense from both our surgeries for patients registered for this service.

For non-registered patients or during Out of Hours chemists are available in Llanberis and Caernarfon.

Emergency Supply of Medication

If you run out of medication outside of your GP Practice normal working hours and need them urgently you will be able to get an emergency supply from the local chemist without a prescription.

Please take your Medication repeat slip or the Medication packaging with you to the chemist or you could contact the GP Out of Hours on 111.
